This company has been a very positive experience to work with. Our Account Executive, Pat Horszynski, has made the transition to a new provider so easy. Although we had issues with one of our three Merchant accounts, he always sought positive resolution on our behalf. All correspondence with technical support has been friendly and positive, only wish there was a much quicker way to get through when you need immediate response for terminal issues as it is quite a lengthy process to touch base with a "live" person when your customer is waiting in front of you. The biggest pro for making the switch to First Data is the cost savings... second to none! Well worth the initial call. I would highly recommend this company!
