Great. Freezing at 86th floor(October). Tons of tourists were there. It took more than an 1 hour to go up there even monday night. Go there after 10pm if you don't want to wait much. Still you have 3 hours for night view seeing(Close at 1am). Go top floor if you want to enjoy the view with less crowd. There is thick window so less view but warmer, less crowd. I would say worth to visit, but go there after 10pm.
