As a child I was always encouraged to chase my dreams, now that I'm working for the Dinerstein Companies, it actually allows me to live them!
In all my professional years I've never experienced a culture like this. Where individuality and teamwork go hand in hand, expressing your creativity while collaborating with others to achieve amazing results is the norm and feeling appreciated is just the icing on the cake!
