Save yourself the mountain of issues that you will have and DO NOT rent from them. They are such a pain to deal with on the phone and in person. Our sewage backed up at least every 3 months and when I would call emergency maintenance it was as if I was the annoying person for calling to report it. They also charged me over $700 as a move in fee which I never got back, and they overcharged me on rent. I've been waiting for my money back for over 2 MONTHS!
