Well lets see if this gets deleted or if someone actually responds:
I would give this Veterinary Medical Center one star because of the very nice and attentive staff in the front.
Besides that it was one of the worst experiences my family has had in a long time. There was a very questionable vet (Mary Songster) who told my little sister that her cat had thrown a blood clot in his leg and the best route was to put him down. This was after she OBSERVED him. No tests were done that night. Everything she said was based on her "observations." She said "we can manage him for a little bit but he's going to be in a lot of pain. You should seriously consider putting him down." We took him for a second opinon and they ran two very basic tests to check his enzymes. And....IT WAS A SOFT TISSUE INJURUY!
At the very least this person should not be able to do this to anyone else's family! Thank God we didn't listen to her that night! We would be missing a member of our family.
Something that struck me as a GIANT red flag: she was making jokes, imitating cats and was very jovial while all of us were crying...This "Doctor" should not be able to "help" anyone elses pet. PLEASE BEWARE OF DR. MARY SONGSTER SHE ALMOST KILLED OUR CAT WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE TO BACK IT UP!
