The products are becoming ever shorter-lived, quality looks different - just like how we deal with customers. No matter how well you document errors, you will be fooled. I still have two receivers, which thank God no more updates from Technisat - so no new errors can be imported. As soon as they give up the ghost, Technisat has lost a customer. I don't even want to talk about the software that can be used to program the receiver via mobile phone. My father's internet radio isn't much better. One device arrived defective (DOA), the second then went. Shortly after the warranty, the display was defective and the software to set it up is just as catastrophic as the receiver. In short - hands off!
