I made an appointment to have the 4 safety recalls performed on my 2007 Tacoma. I got there five minutes early and sat in my vehicle in the service drive for 15-20 minutes before anyone would acknowledge that I was there. Being a master mechanic at a local dealership myself, I was understanding and waited patiently. When a service advisor got my information and took my truck back I proceeded to the lounge. 2.5 hours later the service advisor called me by last name and handed me the invoice and told me I was good to go and stormed off. What peeved me off the most the 4th recall wasn't performed, and I received no multi point inspection sheet, nothing saying the fluids were checked, tire pressures set or anything to that nature. Slow down guys! There's more to life than meeting a quota and chasing the almighty dollar. Make sure your customers are taken care of, and your customers will take care of you.
