Fantastic! I found their website on the irs.gov website. I qualify for a free federal return. Vita /United Way directed me to TaxSlayer. It was a nightmare. I got caught in a loop with my state return, because I have to file returns in two states. There was no way to get out of it, and there was no help to be had. They hid their helpline, there was no email--I had to do Google searches to find ways to get in touch with them. It was so tedious that I gave up and decided to try another provider. I wasted so much time on their site. Olt may look a little old school, but it worked absolutely perfectly. It guided me through everything, and it automatically understood that I needed to file two state returns. Unlike TaxSlayer, where I had to manually start a Kansas return, and ultimately give it up because it had such a poor interface for users. OLT is straightforward, with no bells and whistles, and it works great. It's nice to know that if I had run into trouble, they're very upfront about their support. Recommend 100%.
