They do not even deserve one star and should not be in business with their breaches of customer care and security. There is no recording of phone calls for quality control and so their employees can say whatever they like to you and be able to get away with it. I have a personal experience of being lied to by Todd Kilmer, director of their collections department along with being harassed and hung up on. He refused to listen to my concerns and recorded only his opinion of the conversation instead of what actually went on during the phone call, in the phone call he first said he never makes exceptions for people in collections to make half payments and be in charge of their own payments to his knowledge, he gave no definite answers but then admitted later on in the phone call that he had in fact made exceptions before. He was extremely narcissistic, kept talking over me, and just concerned with his own ratings instead of being concerned about a long time user of UCCU. He ended up hanging up on me instead of addressing my concerns. I highly recommend looking else where and staying away from UCCU with a 10 foot pole.
