I had an incredible day of recharging here. It started with a fantastic yoga flow and then received a massage from Veronica (who has forever ruined massages from any other person - she was incredible!) I finished the day with an IV drip - only one day has passed and I have the deepest sleep and the most energy I've had in a very long time (Mom of a toddler - so that is saying a lot...) This was exactly what I needed. I seriously cannot wait to go back.
