The rooms were beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing! I was there for a work event and no matter where w were, from the breach to the pool or just in the lobby, the staff was attentive and accommodating. Everyone introduced themselves and sparked conversation beyond just "is everything okay" and they seemed truly invested in our experience. In the rooms the house keeping staff was also amazing. Not only did they fold my clothes and organize my shoes, but they provided complimentary water at turn down service and even left cleaning clothes anywhere i left my sunglasses or prescriptions! Overall Ann absolutely fantastic expedite experience!
