Overall a lovely stay, but a few areas could have been better: We didn't get our arrival drinks. Our bath robes were still not in the room 3 hours after checking in, and had to phone to ask for them. The staff were all very friendly but the waiters could be slightly more presentable (very creased and possibly dirty tie on one waiter). Chef food demo that was on the weekly schedule did not happen and no reason given. As I said, overall very relaxing and enjoyable. The food was brilliant and the options are fantastic. Would go again, for sure.
