Aggressive customer service. Some would say that s a good thing. We got lucky enough to have a salespersons who wasn t toooooo pushy haha. She got us some deals on a few pieces. If you buy more than one piece, they ll give you a discount; but only if you ask. And if they say no, walk. You ll see how quickly that no becomes a let me check. Even on the designer pieces in the front.
