I cannot say anything negative about my experience with Charleston Nissan. Every single person I have been in contact with from the service and parts departments including Becca, Ben, Josh and Mike H. and Mike P. have been nothing but professional. They have heard me vent about my '06 Xterra and the issues (purchased from another dealer and Nissan America downfalls and disappointments) and took every bit of my frustration and answered with calm, cool professionalism. As a small example, I needed a replacement hose, and Mike P. not only spent 30 minutes trying to locate the exact not-very-well-documented hose, he came out to see the hose just to make sure we had the correct part.
