I recently used this logistics company for my shipping needs, and I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to track my shipment without any issues. However, I did encounter some delays in the delivery, which was a bit disappointing. The customer service was helpful in addressing my concerns, but it took longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, the service provided was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of timeliness and communication.
