It's really not worth the money. You would have a better hotel experience at home. The staff is nice but they make so many mistakes that it kind of balances out the failures. Mistakes planning events, mistakes with charging rooms, mistakes with understanding what comes with the rooms, and the list goes on. These mistakes would be fine if I was at some cheap motel somewhere, but this is a hotel in Radnor like really. Not to mention how small the room are. I was in a double guest room and based on the pictures on the website one could assume it would be a comfortable experience for two FULL SIZED humans to stay this room. Welp I was wrong, if one person wants to walk around the other better be sitting down or out the room because there is zero space. Not because the room is to small, it because the furniture is too large. My bed was next to a mirror but the bed was close to the mirror I would have to stand on the bed just to use it. It's like they just shoved a bunch of expensive furniture into a room and then call it a day. There is no basket, there is no sparkling cider, you get 2 $1 bottle of water, a coffee machine with dirty water in it, cheap coffee, scuffed walls, a useless mirror, no microwave, 20 channels, and a poorly designed bathroom area. To quickly describe the bathroom area, the sink is outside the bathroom with the shower in the toilet being in a small enclosed area where if you slipped out the shower you could fall into the toilet but the worst part is if you go to the bathroom you'll have to open up the door to wash your. Like why! That's so gross! Not mention the hotel smells like an old thrift shop filled with old wet dogs. But hey who knows maybe the more expensive rooms are better
