The worst airlines I have ever dealt with. Their service is toxic and it's disgusting to see that company like this survives the times where people simply want what they pay for. They are an absolute rip off. It took them 40 days to reply to my email where they were offering me compensation for my refreshments??!! My flight was delayed 20 hours. I never flew and did let you know verbally and by email. I need my full REFUND. And if you ever think of contacting them via phone, please don't. Their lines are always busy and you will be told to call in 2 hrs time regardless when you ring. The funniest thing is that they charge 115p per minute. What on earth is that? I must not forget to mention that you will hold for at least 10 minutes so they make their money if you get though to anyone at all. You can get easily cut off as it happened to me three times in row. I got cut off once I waited 10 minutes on all occasions. We are not buying it!!!!
