My experience was pretty bad from the beginning. I had 1 rep helping me out and they swapped him for another rep because they said i would feel more comfortable with a spanish speaking rep. I am fluent in english to begin with. Spanish isn t my first language. Plus the girl that was helping me didn t know much about the 2 cars she showed me and her spanish was decent. I told them I already had financing and was paying part in cash too, but they kept going back and foward for a good hour or so. The car they were selling me they were already taking it to some auctions from what they told me before i got there and they did bring it back for me. When I rejected the $400 window tint the girl was trying to sell me on, along with the oil change and recondition paint which the top roof wasnt in the greatest shape all for $3000 something dollars she got really upset and acted unprofessional.

She still had the nerve to call me the next day to do her follow up. I rather go next door to the Honda dealer where they really do know how to treat customers.
