We never got a notice that they were going to be here. It was fine the first day but the second day they shut off ALL our electricity all day and I am a stay at home mom with a kid and pets. No car to drive anywhere and its summer! No a/c, fridge and freezer full of food but cant open it because the food would spoil. I stood outside for an hour to get there attention so I can ask them when they would be done and I was ignored. Atleast 6 guys and nothing. I didnt want to go over there because they had huge equipment everywhere so I waited on the porch 40 feet from them and not once did anyone come talk to me. Not okay.
