Where shall I start. Well all I can say positive about this firm is they have great commercials on the radio. If they put half the energy into handling cases as they do advertisement, this review wouldn't be necessary.
And If i could give a half of a star I would. My fiance used this law firm when he had his accident almost 2 years ago. We specifically asked would Mr Bethune be available to speak with directly at any given time when requested, we were assured OF COURSE HE WOULD. That was a BALD FACE lie. We have NEVER met with nor spoken to Mr Bethune since the signature on the contract, after our many requests. You will ALWAYS speak to an answering service and they will "RELAY" your message. Then a paralegal or associate will call you back. My fiance was given the run around for all this time about his case even tho he had kept every doctors appointment, surgical procedure and therapy given. When we were finally FED UP, we emailed the firm, Mr Bethune directly requesting, for a final time, a face to face meeting, and we also expressed our disappointment with the progress, "Mr Bethune" responded (although I believe it was an associate to respond) with such hostility, telling me if you don't like the progress then "Fire us". After yet again requesting a meeting, My fiance was given a date to meet Mr Bethune, the day before the meeting was to happen, Mr Bethune's associate contacted my fiance to tell him Mr Bethune would not be available. THAT WAS IT. My fiance contact another attorney to take the case and we requested in writing ALL his records. We were not only told it takes 24 hours, but when the records were received, it wasn't even half of the records. The new attorney then made the request for ALL records and that is when we discovered that Mr Bethune, had in fact, given my fiance's case, without any permission, to another attorney. Needless to say with this discovery my fiance was angry and felt betrayed. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY, THAT IS MY OPINION AND MY WARNING. And one thing I will ASSURE you that this is an AUTHENTIC REVIEW MADE BY A REAL PERSON, I WISH I COULD SAY THE SAME ABOUT THE OTHER REVIEWS LISTED HERE.
