I can't recommend The Modern House highly enough. First, if you are looking for a unique, design-led home, the range and calibre of properties they sell is second to none - regardless of size or price point. Second, the purchasing process was seamless. The team at TMH were professional, intelligent, empathetic and clearly enthusiastic about what they do. They understood that buying a property was more than just a financial transaction: it was about finding and making a new home. Third, their passion and expert eye for all things related to architecture, design and modern living is seriously impressive. I continue to subscribe to their Journal, and follow their social media feeds for ideas and inspiration. All up, I am a super fan. When/ if I have the opportunity to buy/sell another home, it will absolutely be through them.
