Show/performance was great. Hawaii in IMAX was good, air conditioned and comfortable. Allow at least 3 hours minimum to allow adequate time to visit all The options. The Will call wait line was awful (20+ min) with ONE agent working it. They gave our tickets to "someone else" (wrong person) who turned them in at the Welcome Center so our 20 min wait was even more senseless. Parking was okay at best, we needed a handicapped spot and all the were taken; a golf cart for guest transportation would be a nice addition for those who have to park far away and need some assistance. Definitely a one-time visit.
