Order placed on October 16, SEUR marks it to receive it on October 18.
As we are on November 7, I still do not have my item purchased on the HP website.

SEUR has marked as delivered an item that has never delivered and on top of falsifying a delivery bill, which they say is illegible, does not surprise me.

I have been fatal with a client, not to mention the waste of time and headaches that have caused me and continue to cause.

Horrible.
