I have never written a review before. However, after my experience at Restaurant 101, I feel I must share. I placed an order over the phone for 2 crab cakes with a side of sweet potato fries. I was told that it should be ready in about 15 minutes. I arrived and was told it was not ready. They appeared to be busy, so I waited on the bench. After about 5 minutes, I looked on my phone and saw I had actually placed the order 18 minutes before. I waited for about another 10 minutes and then went up to the hostess and asked her if she could check on my order because I had already been waiting quite a while. She said "that's not my fault". I said "I never said it was. I just asked if you could check on my food." A lady that came in after me noticed a to go bag and checked it. She asked me if I ordered crab cakes. So needless to say, there was a bag with my food in it it sitting out for an undetermined length of time because not one of the many people walking around bothered to check it.
Overall, very poor service. The food was good though.
