Unfortunately, like many comments here, our experience is also very bad. We have already booked a trip to Mallorca with Sunmix at the end of 2019, which is a company in the same group. In principle, the impression is given that the options are flexible, with the plus package you can rebook free of charge, for example according to the description on the website.

We already requested a postponement of the trip early on, which was not possible, then requested another facility or rooms, which was also not possible. They are virtually inaccessible by phone, they respond by email with a delay of at least 10 days. In the end we felt forced to cancel, 44 days before time and now lose more than half of the travel sum as cancellation costs, which is well hidden in the small print. We finally received a confirmation 40 days after our request.

We feel misled with beautiful texts and promises in the booking phase, but after that they were no longer at home and as far as we are concerned, this construction stinks enormously. That plus package is a joke and for us never again a trip via Prijsvrij.
