Unagi served here is crispy on the outside and soft within. Sauce on the skin of unagi has a flavourful sweet bbq taste. Best part of all, you get to prepare your own wasabi paste from the fresh wasabi root. You can also see the chefs preparing and cooking the unagi through the glass panel within the restaurant. There are also tanks of live unagi within the restaurant. The food is definitely worth the queue.
