These people are frauds and very unprofessional.

These people are frauds and very unprofessional.

(1) Two people from their Noida branch, including Shubham Mishra came and talked very nicely. I trusted them and was cheated badly.

(2) I had given my clear requirement that I need closed container truck, GPS enabled, Separate Insurance Policy from United India Insurance in my name for transportation of my used goods on transfer.

(3) They agreed to everything, promised a container truck, GPS enabled separate insurance policy then ;took entire money in advance. They even mentioned on GR the policy number of United India

(4) They showed me a fake truck and fake driver. It was just to show me. They earlier said they will give own truck. Some other company's truck came. Even that truck came at 10 Hrs instead of 7 AM as promised. They showed a closed container truck, loaded everything. I paid Rs 52500+ Rs 6300 GST+ Rs 9600 for Insurance. The truck and driver shown during loading was just to fool me. Packing was also done hurriedly and unprofessionally. Then the main nightmare started.

(5) Then they changed the truck in the night. Driver Mobile/location Switched Off. My attempts to contact driver failed. I was praying God that my stuff reaches. When I asked them why diver mobile is off they said drivers get disturbed due to phones so they switch off.

(6) No Insurance policy was given as promised in spite of repeated requests. It was even mentioned on GR that they will give policy. They had promised it will come in 1-2 days it never came. They in fact gulped the total premium without taking policy.

7) My material arrived at destination in open body truck sourced from a local fellow.

(8) One mirror, one clock, one gas stove, one show piece, crockery, tray got damaged.

(9) They never gave any policy, because they did get any Insurance and kept entire premium with them.

(10) It was mental agony and loss of entire premium money Rs 9600 which they took fraudulently plus loss of breakage of item and breach of contract. Also they used open truck and charged for premium container truck. It was very bad experience.

(11) After I intimated them about breakage they said you lodge a claim. It will be paid in 2-3 days. I lodged. Nothing happened. Now they dont reply to my msg or whatsapp.

(12) They also show that they have MOU with banks association to gain trust. They are actually using that MOU to fool people.

Never ever trust these frauds.
