We've paid Mid-Continent premiums for 6 years. Never needed them. Found ourselves needing them to defend a frivolous lawsuit, and they denied coverage.

The Senior claims adjuster lied to me multiple times in a single call.

We appealed to his supervisor who never called and asked a single question about the case or seek clarification.

They never sent an adjuster to the site, and simply deny.

We're left dumbfounded as to what they do cover.

Do yourself a favor and pass these folks by. They're the worst kind of insurance company.
