I love my doctor or I would be going somewhere else. My appointment was at 11:15 and it s 11:50 and I m STILL SITTING HERE. I was even 10 minutes EARLY!! The office isn t even busy, I don t get it, why make an appointment if you have to wait for almost and hour to even be seen. Unreal. Like another reviewer said, you ll spend your entire day at this place.

Incompetent management and staff that is always against you. Stear clear of this place. Their doctors and nurse staff don t have a clue about anything and will dismiss any of your worries or questions.
I ve spoken with other patients here that have the same complaints as I do. Staff is filled with Karens that don t know how to even properly keep the schedule flowing which keeps people waiting hours to see their doctor for their needs
Stay away from here.
Got an MRI here. If you have a spotify or Pandora playlist they can play music or a podcast for you. Very busy there but everyone still manages to be kind and fast.
These doctors do not want to call in any meds for covid. They are obviously politically motivated and have forsaken their oaths. My doctor called me in Z Pack and it absolutely helped me, but these guys don't do anything ... they need to close their doors and go home.
The staff is incredibly nice and very hygienic. Despite the current situation they are doing an amazing job and keep a good attitude. The building is extremely clean and they are taking all the proper precautions including spacing out seating areas and keeping the sitting area crowds down
The waiting period was short. Reception was pleasant and courteous. The male nurse was cheerful but the Nurse Practitioner...also male...immediately assumed that only he knew everything about Medicine, after standing around chatting with male Nurse for 40 minutes before entering my Examination room. Suffering from claustrophobia, I left my door open enough to watch him.
Insisted on Covid-19 test, which I didn't believe necessary since I knew my Chronic Bronchitis was the reason for my visit, but I did the test of course.
It was negative and I was told that I have Bronchitis.
Nevertheless, a Nurse offerd to walk me to test site and was very nice. Pharmacy was also pleasant. So, for the biggest part it was a positive visit.

Been without insurance for a year, but went to longstreet for at least half a decade. Trying to enlist in the military, but they were concerned I was prescribed an epi pen 2 years ago. Come to find out not one single test was done to justify the prescription. Called to get it removed and they refused saying I needed to come in. When I explained it was an unnecessary prescription plus can't afford doc visit to come and talk about how they mistakenly prescribed me something unnecessarily they then sent my call to a supervisor over 3 times (I called following days) each going to voicemail without a single call back. Wake up this morning to find out my birth control was denied by them coincidentally right when this epipen stuff is going on. Despite me refilling it several times without issue, but it coincidentally happens when this issue occurs.
Overall the worst clinic I've been to and besides to picking up my records I will never set foot there again. Unless you are dying just avoid this place like the plague.
