This place is awesome! They specialize in the Isrealy Army's martial art, Krav Maga. They also put some fitness emphasis on it too. They have classes for ages 4 - adult. My 8 year old son has been going twice a week for about 6 months now, and he loves it! I notice a huge difference after about a month in. His hand/eye coordination has greatly improved, and he has a lot more confidence! We will be enrolling my 4 year old this year. If I can free up some time, I'm going to start too.
