Having the Dena Furlow team / Keller Williams Real...

Having the Dena Furlow team / Keller Williams Reality Infinity sell my home was one of the worst experiences I have had when working with realtors. Yes, they got the job done and sold my home, but the process of working with Dena and her team was awful. We had a few realtors to choose from before we went with Dena Furlow s team and even though they cost significantly more than their competitors we still picked them because of the great reviews and the fantastic sales pitch we received when we interviewed Dena herself. After signing the contract with the team, the offers to buy my house started coming in and I immediately regretted choosing this realtor. Dena wanted me to accept every first offer that we received even though they were all about 25% below my asking price. She became argumentative, extremely aggressive telling me I won t receive a better offer, saying I m making mistakes by rejecting these offers. Also, this all happened in the first week the house was on the market. Finally, after fighting with my realtor we accepted an offer we liked and surprisingly we didn t hear from Dena s team again unless I personally reached out to her. It was as if she just vanished and we were dead to her even though the house hasn t closed yet. At the beginning of the process we had told Dena this is our first time selling a home and she reinsured us that she would gladly walk us through the entire process, which didn t happen. Two weeks before the closing date one of Dena Furlow s assistants contacted us saying to shut off all the utilities in the house because our house is ready to close. So, because we were not currently living there we did as we were told and shut everything off. The following week were getting yelled at by Dena s team and my attorney to turn all the utilities back on, that we were delaying the appraisal and we weren t supposed to turn the utilities off yet even though I have received an e-mail from Dena s team to turn them off. Having the utilities shut off and immediately turned back on is not free. There was a huge expense to have the utility companies come back out and turn it everything back on again, and Dena s team didn t offer to pay for that even though it was their mistake.

I can t recommend Dena Furlow team / Keller Williams Reality Infinity especially not to people who are new at this like I was. They have an aggressive attitude towards you and push you to close as soon as possible disregarding your concerns and best interests. They make mistakes and don t acknowledge or apologize for them. Also, you barely ever hear from them again once you re in contract unless you reach out to them first.
