The waterparks were both kid friendly and adult friendly.
The beds were comfortable.
Entire place was clean.
Staff was super helpful!

Cons:
There is hardly any parking spots

A lot of walking and confusing turns to get to the different waterparks

So many stairs and with little ones they tire easy.
Most of the life guards were unfriendly and boarder line rude.

Elevators are tiny so fitting all the luggage on in one trip and our party all on in one trip.

Very noisy place. 3am and there are still ppl stomping on the floor above and yelling in the halls. Very frustrating with young ones. It would be great if they would separate families from the people there to party.
