Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. Set up an appointment 2 days early with Dee Murray to test drive a particular vehicle, kept in contact with her, and made childcare arrangements for our older son. We drove up with our 6 week old from Oklahoma City, texting with Ms. Murray the entire way about options and updating her on our progress. Upon arrival, we were shown the vehicle, checked it out, got the baby carseat buckled in, and were just starting the car for a test drive when the salesman got a call and informed us that due to some "miscommunication," they had just sold the car... Ms. Murray never returned my text inquiring about the situation to apologize or explain. No one could explain what had happened, and they then tried to offer us another vehicle that we were not interested in or buy us a tank of gas even though we had just filled up. I will never go back to Jim Norton, and will discourage everyone I know from using them. Worst customer service ever.
