I booked a test drive for a new hybrid car by phone. The test drive lasted more or less 5 minutes (6 minutes for 4.7km marks Google Maps) with the car in reserve. I then had a pleasant conversation inconclusive with the owner who did not know neither the equipment mounted on the car nor was informed about current promotions proposed by the manufacturer.
