Housekeeping was horrible. They would take our old towels but wouldn't replace them with new towels. I had to go to the front desk to get the towels myself. They didn't have any hand towels but I was told they would bring some to the room soon I never received them Also, the phone in our room didn't work, and the kitchen area in our suite was dirty.

We also had multiple issues with our room keys not working. All I ever heard from the front desk was that the system for the keys was having issues.

I've been a long time Hilton customer, but have had issues at different properties during my last few stays. It's probably time to make the move to another brand.
