Just went to drop of my QX56 for to have some problems fixed, normally don't go to dealer. It's out of warranty and was excited because I had received a coupon from this dealership in the mail '20% off Save On Any Service'...expires 5/31/21. No mention to a limit or how much has to be spent. About to leave my car with them and they mention the 20% is only on the first $150! Talk about deceptive advertising! Talked to the service manager...he's said he can make up the terms of the coupon as he see fits...WOW! Didn't even want to work with me, said it was capped at $150. I own two businesses, I would never do that to a customer. Took over an hour of my time to take the car down there to have the rug pulled out from under me.

Steer clear of this place. I am going back to my independent mechanic.
