Staff is snobby, arrogant, and rude. Multiple time...

Staff is snobby, arrogant, and rude. Multiple times through the drive thru has my order been incorrect. This time, I gave up and simply went inside. On this last (and final) visit I saw to my disgust, numerous amounts of ants around the drink station! I mentioned this to a manager, and she looked at me blank faced- and simply told me they were working on it. No explanation, apology, or even alarm- she acted as if it was normal, and that I- the CUSTOMER was the inconvenience to her! She picked back up her tablet and continued whatever she was doing right in front of me. On a general note, food is overpriced, prepared by poorly trained staff in an unsafe and seemingly disgusting environment (I cant even imagine what they have in the back...) . These people simply do not take pride in their work- and it would be my recommendation to flush out ALL employees and simply demolish this location and to start from scratch. This location will never, ever, compare to some of its partner stores. Absolutely disgusted.
