1. if you leave a voicemail about a bill, provide information about who you are. Scamming is so prevalent, I delete voicemails without qualifying information.

2. I never received the text messages you claimed to have sent. And I never received the text message you sent while I was on the line with you.

3. When you mail a bill, ensure that bill has the same information you sent to my insurance, so I can validate it against an insurance statement.
