My care before and during my hospitalization excee...

My care before and during my hospitalization exceeded my expectations. From the ER to the ICU to the lady responsible for my menu plan; everyone was polite, treated me with respect, responsive, and answered any questions I had about my care. Most impressive is the immediate access I had to my records once I received a link to my phone to register for the patient portal (I received the link once I was waiting to be admitted). With the exception of one CPN over the three days I was there, everyone appeared to enjoy there job and wanted to provide excellent care. Hope your experience is just as good.
