Just got my first shipment from Goulet and was really impressed. Everything was Saranwrapped just to make sure any possible leaking ink didn't ruin anything else. It was a good idea since the box had been dented by the USPS, no leaks, though. In a recent blog post, Brian Goulet mentioned that he does not play the sale games with customers, but just focuses on excellent education and customer service. The extra few dollars are worth it to me to support a local business that values people and the integrity of its products. The reviews speak for themselves. The Goulets are the real deal.
