My experience with everyone at Carrano was top notch from start to finish - highly recommend. Anna said someone would call me back soon - and they did. Herb was the salesman who came out to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and VERY fast emailing me back with info and answers to my questions. His proposal was very detailed, and he worked with me on the right size system for my needs/preferences, which saved me money. The crew that came out to install was equally impressive. All of the workers were very detail oriented, and the crew leaders, Kenny and Jeff, were perfectionists. They didn t leave until things were exactly right. They worked hard to resolve an issue that I wouldn t have even known about, except they knew, explained it to me, and stayed late to make sure it was perfect. The whole team, Kenny, Jeff, Dave, Connor worked really hard on a hot, long day. Thank you!
