have been waiting all day since 10 am for these people and they dont even have the decency to cancel they just dont show up im going to be cancelling my service i am irate i had a lot to do today this is absurd its 5pm these people are unprofessional, and disrespectful thinking they can dispose of my ENTIRE day in this manner. unacceptable.
