I can only comment on my experiences and I have no negative feedback at all to provide. I am not sure where all the negativity comes from but I have never encountered anything close to it. The front desk has been nothing but polite, respectful and helpful each and every time I have dealt with them. Check-in and Check-out have been smooth and easy. The practice is busy at times and even though there are several persons staffing the front desk, there are instances where you might have to wait for a few minutes as they help other customers. No big deal. They even notified me that they had accidently been overcharging me a higher co-pay, which we addressed and resolved quickly. I see Doctor Romero whom I like very much and trust. He is very professional and understanding. Direct and to the point, but yet able to effectively answer questions and explain his reasoning behind his recommended treatment modalities. He has always been quite patient and at times has dutifully entertained my occasional rant, in instances that I would have told myself to be quiet. Thank you Doc and the rest of the practice staff for your help. I have no qualms about recommending Dr. Romero and Tidewater Psychiatric Services.
