I was very impressed with how clean the Resort & beach were. The staff was amazingly friendly, the food amazing and the daytime & nighttime entertainment was fantastic!!
The only thing I was not a fan of ( at all) was the pressure upon arriving to meet the next morning for breakfast which turned out to be some 90 minute presentation.
I was there on vacation, to be on the beach etc not stuck in a room for 90 minutes listening to some up selling presentation.
We politely declined, but it took another 5 minutes to get away from Freddy & Jacquelyn and her on with our day. Don t get me wrong/ they have a job to do and both are very kind, I just do not like pressure sales talk - especially while on vacation
This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort, so maybe that s all part of the welcome package , but that s not my cup of tea.
I would definitely go back again, and certainly hope I get the opportunity to - but I ll be more prepared for the high pressure gig and cut it off at the get go next time and enjoy my stay at a 5 star level
