Horrible service. Even worse customer service. My internet never worked. You wouldn't believe how many times a technician came out to my house to accomplish NOTHING. A huge waste of money. They are always overcharging so don't do auto pay. I found my Bill's to be more than what they should have been numerous times while I had service with them. Then they charged me when the technician came out. So that was always an argument because why am I paying for this technician and nothing is getting fixed? Having wow was stressful. Horrible company. Do your research on WOW. I even did a review on BBB (Better Business Bureau)
