Lots of interesting things to see, but was disappointed to find that for an admission fee of $28, lots of the buildings were empty of period folks to describe daily life. The blacksmiths and cheesemakers were great, as were the potter and cobbler, but other buildings didn't have anyone around to talk about their daily tasks. Felt that mementos were also very pricy. I would return here again but would try to do so early in the day as lots of the staff was leaving at 3:30. I'd be hesitant to bring very young children as it would be a long and exhausting day
