I ll be honest, I ve used Comcast for well over 20 years on the west side of the mountains and NEVER EVER have I received a email, let alone a phone call asking if I was happy with their overpriced garbage service. :)
These guys are awesome and I really appreciate the follow ups. It totally makes this whole process of being part of the East side really cool and we re so happy to be surrounded by good people that stand behind their work.
