I've had chronic pain from cervical fusion surgery...

I've had chronic pain from cervical fusion surgery from 5 years ago. Caleb, Kim and Summer are a fantastic team! They have worked feverishly to try and reduce that pain and get me back in shape. While that has not totally been the case, they have helped the issue considerably and have a never give up attitude!! Thanks to Midwest PT!!
