After being forced back onto the market due to my previous vehicle being totaled so I went here & had a bad experience with this dealership. An assistant sales manager tried to force me to buy a used car I didn't want. The leather was badly discolored & if you've had leather than you know the next step is cracking so either make sure to condition very regularly or spend extra at general public cost to get it fixed or accept dealership passing on cost of fix to me before tags/title/tax, etc. Which I didn't agree with so I insisted on seeing the 2nd car - after point blank giving them 3 stock numbers I wanted to test drive only 1 was there. Assistant sales manager then blatantly lied about the 2nd car I wanted that was at a different lot of theirs. First he told me 2nd car on a test drive then it's not available (couldn't answer if it was sold or not reverted to well it's not here). Funny thing neither was the one he was trying to force on me until they went to get it earlier that day. So I left this lot & went to the Chrysler Jeep lot to see that 2nd car which was never out on a test drive as it had just arrived & was still in the inspection phase needing a replacement brake part so it couldn't be driven. Don't waste your time here unless you want a brand new Dodge - which sucks to say as the actual sales gentleman really tried to work with me how I wanted to be worked with. Too bad some assistant jerk lost them a sale due to a little more work being involved when it comes to certified pre-owned transferring lots to be sold. Even funnier is the next day sales manager contacted me to see if I'd be back in - I told him what happened & got to a point of if you want to work with me text me a stock number & your best offer on it so I can look at it online - never got a reply back with stock numbers instead got an ok and an apology.
