There are so many people here as well as managers. POOR customer service. Those who have no sense of urgency. I opened a new account and it took me about an hour before the woman who helped me, just like you handed me over to her manager to continue the transaction, only to lose the manager. Do I know why this is our company's chosen bank for our payroll? Nkk people here are unprofessional!
